- All orders must be sent to wcspegasus@gmail.com. Orders sent elsewhere will be ignored.
- I do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. I will not do this without just cause, but if you have been a problem customer for me in the past, I may refuse future orders from you. This is my hobby, not my job and I have enough stress in my life without taking on orders from people that have caused difficulties for me in the past.
- I will NOT knowingly duplicate someone else's work. It doesn't matter if I'll be doing the jump in a different scale or not. I still refuse to duplicate what another artist has done if I'm aware of the other jump. Likewise, I will not duplicate my own work. In both cases I may do work that is similar, but it will never be exact. However, I will do replicas of real horse jumps if I'm able (there are some things that I don't have the ability to reproduce) and provided I'm not aware of another replica that's been done of that jump. The exception to this are things like the racktrack and arena wall, it's hard to vary something that simple.
- When you order, a ballpark timeframe will be given. However, I have a real horse, a job and a life. Also, I often have to order materials in for jumps and if something is backordered, it can sometimes delay an order indefinitely. If something happens that extends that time frame, I will let you know. Just keep in mind that my ballpark timeframe is not a guarantee. That said, if you really want or need the jump for a certain show, I will do my absolute best to make sure it gets there for you provided the time frame is reasonable (no placing an order 2 weeks before the show).
For the most up-to-date status on your order you can visit the Worklog or simply e-mail. I have no issues with you e-mailing for the status of your order.
- I accept personal checks drawn from US bank funds (hold 10 business days to clear), US postal money orders, and paypal. Orders of $74 or less must be paid up front. Orders of $75 or more may be paid in two payments, one up front and one upon completion of the work. Large orders may be split into additional payments, please inquire privately.
- Payment must be received within 7 days of putting the item on hold or placing the initial order. After 7 days the hold will expire and the item will be available again or the order may risk losing it's place in my worklog.
- Buyer pays for priority shipping or similar. Insurance is optional but strongly encouraged. Delivery Confirmation is included automatically. I pack well but much of what I send is quite fragile and there is always the chance of breakage. I will ship overseas provided the buyer pays the additional shipping costs.
- Shipping will be paid by the buyer and may include a small surcharge (usually a couple dollars) to allow for packing materials to be purchased if necessary. If I overcharge more than $2 for shipping (it happens occasionally) I will refund the difference promptly.
- Starting 6/6/06 my International Shipping Policy has changed. I still will ship internationally but will declare the FULL value of the items being shipped. The buyer will need to be aware that in some cases that may mean that their shipment incurs customs fees, the buyer will be responsible for those fees. I will NOT misrepresent the value of an item on a customs form in order to circumvent those fees. I am very sorry.
- Orders of $74 or less must be paid up front. Orders of $75 or more may be paid in two time payments, one up front and one upon completion of the work. Large orders may be split into additional time payments, please inquire privately as it will go on a case-by-case basis. Deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you elect to cancel your order partway through you will lose any money you've already paid on it.
- I have a strict NO TRADES policy. I only trade with close friends as I've had a very bad experience with trading.
- I do offer a 10 day refund for all purchases. If you get an item and are not happy with it, you can send it back and I will refund the cost of the item (shipping is non-refundable). Refunds are only sent upon the return of the item to my possession and will be issued in the same manner that payment was sent (ie, if you sent a money order, the refund will come as a money order). The buyer will pay shipping to return the item to me and the item must be back in my hands no more than 10 business days from the day the item is shipped.
- I have a one year free repairs policy. Anything that I've made can be fixed for free for one year from the day I ship it out to you. This applies to normal wear and tear damage only. Damage incurred because the item was dropped, sat on, or chewed by a pet is not covered under this policy. Regardless of if the repair is covered or not, the owener of the item will still be responsible for shipping to and from my home for the repair.
